Terms of Use

YesEs is a cognitive-activity trainer. The Service includes: daily personalized articles with quizzes, a delayed-recall memory test, mini-games, progress statistics, the “brain age” metric, and the Observer feature — sharing your progress with loved ones by invitation.

The Service is intended for entertainment and general wellness. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose, and does not replace consultation with a physician. The “brain age” metric is a playful estimate based on exercise results, not a medical indicator. If you are concerned about cognitive health, consult a doctor.

• Using the Service requires registration with a valid email address.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for actions taken under your account.
• A child’s profile is created and used under the supervision of an adult (a parent or legal guardian).
• You can delete your account at any time: “Profile → Edit → Delete account”. Deletion is irreversible.

Core features of the Service are free. Certain features (daily AI articles, the discover feed, the memory test) are available with the YesEs Premium subscription.

• The subscription is purchased on the yeses.kz website. Payment is manual (a transfer confirmed via Telegram); there are no automatic recurring charges.
• The subscription is valid until the date shown in your profile and does not renew automatically.
• No purchases are made in the iOS mobile app — subscription management is available on the website only.
• Paid periods are non-refundable except where required by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Articles and recommendations in the Service are generated using artificial intelligence based on public sources. Despite the checks we apply, such content may contain inaccuracies. It is provided “as is”, for educational and entertainment purposes, and does not constitute professional (including medical, legal or financial) advice.

You must not:

• use the Service for unlawful purposes;
• attempt unauthorized access to other users’ accounts or data;
• interfere with the Service, bypass technical restrictions, or create excessive load;
• impersonate another person when creating an account or inviting observers.

If these Terms are violated, we may suspend or terminate access to the account.

The Service, its design, name, logo and code belong to the Service operator. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. Result images created with the “Share” feature may be published freely.

The Service is provided “as is”. We aim for uninterrupted operation but do not guarantee the absence of errors or downtime. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect damages related to the use of, or inability to use, the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights provided by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy available at yeses.kz/privacy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

We may update these Terms. The current version is always available at yeses.kz/terms with its effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes means acceptance of the updated version.
